Formerly known as the Union Bank of California Center, the property has undergone a $50 million dollar renovation and was renamed 901 Fifth Avenue. To complement the building’s new LEED-silver status, we created a complete eco-savvy integrated branding program to market the office and retail space for lease.
To stay true to the property’s environmental ethics, we designed a smart yet sustainable collateral package utilizing FSC-certified PC paper products, soy inks, and metal, reusable boxes. A fresh new brand was rolled out online and throughout the property with new wayfinding, interior and exterior signage program.
