In recognition of the changing dynamics in the housing market, Schnitzer West made a strategic move to offer their Signature Residences at The Bravern as luxury apartment homes. For this effort, e! was brought on board to transition The Bravern brand to appeal to a wider audience.
Critical to the success of the project, was the transformation of the brand to an approachable voice and visual aesthetic. From the brochure and direct mail, to the leasing exhibits and online experience, the new design captured the quality amenities and contemporary elegance of The Bravern Signature Residences.
With the overwhelming success of the South Tower leasing, Schnitzer West expanded its offering to include the North Tower as well.
