Repositioning of a Landmark
Formerly known as the Union Bank of California Center, 901 Fifth Avenue has been refurbished with a $50 million LEED® Silver-certified overhaul. To complement the upgraded building, we created a set of exterior signs which identified the property and emphasized high profile tenants.
Additionally, we designed an interactive marketing package and brochure that spoke to the building's key attributes, such as location, views and accessibility, but clearly communicated the cost and productivity benefits of doing business in an environmentally friendly culture. This rebranding prompted brokers to view the tower in a whole new light.
